Blyth Institute Press Releases “Basic Types of Life”

Blyth Institute Press is proud to release a new edited volume, Basic Types of Life. Basic Types of Life is a translation, update, and expansion of the breakthrough German biological work, Typen des Lebens, which introduced the concept of Basic Type Biology, which performs taxonomic classifications according to objective and verifiable measures of biological compatibility.

Additionally, the concept of Basic Type Biology generally views ancestral species as polyvalent forms which are speciated into distinct, specialized forms over time, rather than developing from lower to higher orders.

Basic Types of Life was edited by Roger W Sanders prior to his untimely death from ALS, after which the author team along with Blyth Institute Press worked to bring the volume to completion.
